No matter what level of support you choose, you can expect a thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring coordination experience from start to finish.

Wedding Coordinating

STANDARD PACKAGE

$1350

Planning & Preparation

  • Unlimited communication and consultation from the time of booking

  • Creation of a comprehensive wedding day document, including a detailed timeline

  • Planning meetings beginning two months before the wedding day

  • Email vendors prior to wedding day to provide timeline and contact information

  • Vendor recommendations upon request

  • One hour of travel included

Wedding Day Coordination

  • Up to 10 hours on site

  • Manage and oversee the wedding day timeline

  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, family, and guests

  • Set up wedding décor and dessert (assistance may be required; linen setup is not included)

  • Meet vendors upon arrival, direct setup locations, and answer questions

  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve as needed throughout the day

  • Greet and direct guests throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

  • Coordinate the ceremony processional, including lining up and cueing the wedding party

  • Assist the photographer with organizing family photos if requested

  • Transition ceremony décor to the reception space

  • Coordinate reception events (entrances, dances, speeches, etc.)

  • Communicate with the DJ to ensure a smooth flow and proper timing of reception events

  • Dismiss guests for buffet dinner

  • Communicate with vendors and couple throughout the day to provide updates and address any needs

ADD ON SERVICES

  • Venue Walk-Through - $100 + travel fee

    • A one-hour meeting at your venue to discuss décor placement, ceremony setup, vendor locations, weather backup plans, and other important wedding day logistics

  • Wedding Rehearsal - $100 + travel fee

    • Attend your rehearsal to assist in coordinating your ceremony

  • Linen Set Up - $150

    • Place client-provided tablecloths and napkins on reception tables

  • Decor tear down/pack up - $150

    • Assist with gathering and packing wedding décor

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • All travel beyond 1 hour - $35 per additional hour

  • Guest counts over 150 may result in a $150 fee for a coordinator assistant

  3. Receive a customized proposal and contract tailored to your wedding needs.

  4. Review, sign, and submit your contract along with the 50% retainer to officially reserve your date.

  5. Behind the scenes, we’ll begin coordinating all the details.

  6. Your remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your wedding day.

  7. Enjoy a seamless, stress-free, and beautifully coordinated wedding day.
